At Whispers of Hekate, every reading and handcrafted item is prepared with care, intention, and love. Due to the personalised and spiritual nature of our offerings, our return and refund policy differs between physical and digital services.
Tarot Readings & Spiritual Services
All tarot readings, astrology readings, numerology readings, and other spiritual guidance services are personalised specifically for you.
For this reason:
- All bookings are final once payment has been received.
- No refunds will be issued for completed readings or appointments.
- If you need to reschedule your appointment, please contact us at least 24 hours before your scheduled session.
- Missed appointments without prior notice may be forfeited.
Handcrafted Spiritual Products
We hope you love your purchase. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
To process your request, please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photographs of the product
If approved, we will arrange either:
- A replacement product, or
- A refund where applicable.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and spiritual reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Ritual oils
- Womb Cleansing Packs
- Opened spiritual products
- Custom-made spiritual items
- Personalised readings
- Digital products
Refund Processing
Where refunds are approved, they will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
